With two bedrooms, a mezzanine king-size double and a ground floor twin, as well as a ground floor shower room, this cottage sleeps four. There is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, and a private gravelled seating area overlooking lawns and an ornamental pond. Sutton Barn is great for families or friends.

Eco-friendly biomass system with woodburner in sitting room. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private gravelled seating area with garden furniture overlooking lawns and ornamental pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Children must be supervised near the pond. |
